On damp skin, apply a small amount in the palms of your hands and spread over the whole body until the desired lather is created. Rinse and dry.

Relax Oil
Apply to skin and massage gently.

Brush
Gently brush dry skin with upward strokes, spending a few minutes on each area, avoiding the most sensitive areas.
